Snoop Dogg (or is it Lion?) Brings His G Thang to The Paramount Theatre

At Huntington’s Paramount Theatre, Snoop Dogg ran through a greatest hits set to a fairly raucous crowd that was amped to see the legendary rapper perform on Wednesday, September 27th.  Though the set was no more than an hour long, Snoop and Co. had the crowd going wild during hits such as “Drop It Like It’s Hot”, “Gin and Juice”, the panty dropper “Sensual Seduction”, and the Dr. Dre and Snoop hits “Nuthin’ But a G Thang”, and “The Next Episode”.  He even threw “California Gurls” (the track he did with Katy Perry) in there, in a rather cheesy moment.

We were waiting for some of his new Snoop Lion Reincarnated material that producers Diplo and Major Lazer helped create (at least I was), to no avail.  On this night, Snoop Lion was just a D-O-double-G.
