Spring Awakening Music Festival Announces 2014 Lineup

 React Presents the third annual Spring Awakening Music Festival at the historic Soldier Field in Chicago June 13 – June 15, 2014. The third year is set to be bigger than ever, headlined by Chicago’s own KASKADE, Colorado’s PRETTY LIGHTS, and the legendary DJ and producer, TIESTO. Other headliners include KNIFE PARTY, DIPLO, BIG GIGANTIC, BENNY BENASSI, BINGO PLAYERS, DILLON FRANCIS, ERIC PRYDZ, and FLUX PAVILION, across four stages, including two main stages.

Along with over 75 national and internationally touring artists and the immensely popular Kaskade, Chicago’s roots in house music are well represented with the legends Green Velvet and Derrick Carter returning to Spring Awakening Music Festival. Both Green Velvet and Derrick Carter have performing all over the world since the late 1980s and early 1990s, and continue to be at the forefront of house music. Other Chicago-based artists include Midnight Conspiracy, Moon Boots, and Manic Focus, representing a wide variety of styles, from bass music to nu-disco to electro-funk.
