Summer Camp Music Festival is truly one of the mainstays of the live music scene, as host bands moe. and Umphrey’s McGee never fail to organize a top tier event. The festival officially unveiled plans for 2018, set to return to Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, IL over Memorial Day weekend, May 25-27, with a video from one of their newest fans. Ethan Cutkosky (also known as “Carl” from the Showtime series Shameless) was in attendance at the 2017 event, fitting right on in with the 20,000+ fans on site. While first sticking out as one of the most random celebrities there–though many in the music community knew Cutkosky from sightings at EDM shows in the Chicago area–he was officially a “scamper” by the end of the three day weekend.
