Summerfest is one of the most massive music festivals in the country. Each year, the festival takes over 75 acres in Milwaukee for eleven days, inviting over 800 artists to perform on 12 different stages. Presented by American Family Insurance and produced by the non-profite Milwaukee World Festival, the festival’s lineup is as gigantic as it is diverse, offering a little something for everyone.
Today, Summerfest has announced over 100 new headlining artists, including Marshmello, Kesha, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Flaming Lips, Pixies, Foster The People, Janelle Monae, Jethro Tull, Grizzly Bear, Cheap Trick, Yonder Mountain String Band, Buddy Guy, Slightly Stoopid, Chromeo, O.A.R., Jon Batiste and The Dap-Kings, Nelly, Trampled By Turtles, Lukas Nelson and the Promise of the Real, Michael Franti & Spearhead, and many more.
These new artists come in addition to previously announced headliners at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater during the festival, which include Arcade Fire with Manchester Orchestra, Dave Matthews Band, J. Cole, Journey & Def Leopard, James Taylor & Hiss All-Star Band with Bonnie Raitt & Her Band, The Weeknd, Imagine Dragons, and others.
