Beloved Mill Valley, CA venue Sweetwater Music Hall is set to reopen its doors this fall with a full slate of shows beginning with George Porter Jr. & Runnin’ Pardners on Friday, September 3rd and Saturday, September 4th.
After weathering closed doors in 2020, Sweetwater Music Hall has announced numerous shows to keep the venue busy throughout the summer and fall of 2021. Other notable upcoming concerts at Sweetwater include Natalie Cressman & Ian Faquini (9/8), Koolerator ft. Barry Sless (9/9), Jackie Venson (9/12), Maggie Rose (9/16), Amendola vs. Blades vs. Skerik vs. Parker (9/19), The Nth Power (9/25), The Skatalites (9/29), The Mother Hips (10/31), David Grisman (11/12, two shows), and more.
Exclaims Bob Weir, part owner of Sweetwater Music Hall and founding member of the Grateful Dead, “Holy shit! Sweetwater is reopening – been way too long! I can’t wait to light the place up again!”

The newly redesigned restaurant The Rock & Rye houses an expansive remodeled and weatherproofed 50-seat outdoor patio and 18-seat indoor classic café adjacent to the iconic 300-capacity North Bay music venue.
