On Friday, Tedeschi Trucks Band continued their ongoing Signs tour with their second of two performances at Seattle, WA’s Paramount Theatre. The show featured a well-chosen mix of the band’s new and old material as well as go-to live covers, but the night was highlighted by a pair of surprise guests.

During the first set, Tedeschi Trucks Band welcomed guitarist Ian Moore to assist Derek Trucks on a rendition of Allen Toussaint classic, “Get Out of My Life, Woman”. Then, during set two, the band got the crowd cheering with a cover of the Allman Brothers Band‘s “Don’t Keep Me Wonderin'”. Not content with the sole Allmans cover, they welcomed up local hero Matt Cameron of Pearl Jam to assist on a second classic ABB tune, “In Memory of Elizabeth Reed”.

Tedeschi Trucks Band’s May run culminates tonight with a performance in Salem, OR tonight, Saturday, May 25th. From there, the band will take a couple of weeks off before heading to Japan for a run of shows in June.
