Tedeschi Trucks Band has launched a new weekly webcast series, dubbed Swamp Family TV, that will see the band air archived performances every Thursday night at 8:00 p.m. ET while the industry deals with the ongoing coronavirus pandemic that has canceled or postponed virtually all live music events.

“We’re digging into the archives and plan to share as much music from TTB (and some from our friends, family and extended musical network) as your eyes and ears can handle,” the band said in a press release. Swamp Family TV launched last Thursday, March 19th, with a guest-filled concert from July 26th, 2019 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. All streams are available, for free, via the band’s Facebook, YouTube, and nugs.tv. You can also watch the live stream below:

Tedeschi Trucks Band joins a number of other bands and organizations that have launched a weekly webcast series. Nugs.tv will offer streams nearly every night of the week while live events remain shut down for the foreseeable future. The weekend then gets started with The String Cheese Incident‘s Friday Night Cheese broadcasts of classic incidents, Dead & Company’s One More Saturday Night archival series, and finally closing out the weekend with Widespread Panic’s Never Miss A Sunday Show.

Furthermore, nugs and 11E1even have partnered on a virtual festival webcast series, Live From Out There, that will run until the end of April and feature performances by Goose, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Cycles, Aqueous, Magic Beans, Holly Bowling, SunSquabi, Kitchen Dwellers, Twiddle, and more.
