It’s clear that gun violence has gotten absolutely out of control in America, but this story is pretty ridiculous. Last weekend, an 18-year-old party-goer in Colorado got so frustrated when a DJ wouldn’t play his jam that he pulled a gun on him.
Police were called prior to the incident for two teens who were “disturbing the peace”. Before they arrived, one teen threatened the DJ’s life by pointing a gun in his face, simply because he wouldn’t take song requests. Luckily, the officers arrived just in time, and the situation did not escalate any further. The teen was arrested on several felony counts.
This is a pretty absurd scenario and speaks to a major problem in our country. Thankfully no one was hurt in the end.
