Post-punk/new wave icons The Cure will hit the road this spring for the Shows Of A Lost World Tour, marking the band’s first headlining shows in North America since 2016. In an effort to protect fans from unfair ticket practices, the band worked with Ticketmaster to set all ticket prices apart from a few charity seats at Hollywood Bowl. “[There] will be no ‘Platinum’ or ‘Dynamically Priced’ tickets on this tour,” the band stated.

The 30-date tour will kick off at Smoothie King Center in New Orleans on May 10th, post-Jazz Fest. From there, The Cure will travel to Texas for shows in Houston (5/12), Dallas (5/13), and Austin (5/14), followed by stops in Albuquerque (5/16) and Phoenix (5/18). The band’s performance in San Diego on May 20th will begin a California run that also includes a three-night stand at L.A.’s Hollywood Bowl (5/23–5/25) and Shoreline Amphitheatre in the Bay Area (5/27).

A three-night run at New York’s Madison Square Garden (6/20–6/22) will then lead up to the tour closer at Miami-Dade Arena in Miami, FL (7/1).

The Twilight Sad will provide support on select dates.
