As the Disco Biscuits wrap up their fall tour and gear up for a highly anticipated hometown New Year’s run in Philadelphia, the trance-fusion trailblazers are already setting their sights on 2025 with the announcement of the Bubble Tour.
The tour will kick off in mid-January, stretching into February with 18 shows spanning from Seattle to Phoenix. Along the way, fans will be treated to a mix of intimate club shows and larger, fan-favorite venues. Highlights include multi-night runs in select cities, a rare performance by the band’s Tractorbeam alterego at the Boulder Theater, and the group’s long-awaited return to Denver’s Mission Ballroom—its first since early 2023. The Southwestern leg of the tour will bring the Biscuits to Arizona and New Mexico, stopping at iconic spots like Flagstaff’s Orpheum Theater and Santa Fe’s immersive Meow Wolf.
“While it initially started as a silly joke, the concept of living and performing within a ‘Bubble of Positivity’ has really resonated with the band and our fans,” bassist Marc Brownstein explained in the tour announcement. “We’re playing better than ever, and are here to stay. Gone are the days of 10+ year west coast droughts! No one can pop this bubble!”
The Biscuits’ bubble of positivity seems to be growing larger by the day, as the band continues what can only be described as a renaissance. The past two years have seen them play over 80 shows annually, and 2024 brought the release of their ninth studio album, Revolution in Motion—a space opera that has further cemented their place as pioneers of the jamtronica genre. In addition, their second Biscoland festival expanded to a three-day event this past summer, and they’ve already announced plans for SeaBisco Alaska, a six-day destination event that will take fans on a cruise from Seattle to Alaska and back in September 2025.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 25th at 10 a.m. PT, with an artist presale starting Wednesday, October 23rd at 10 a.m. local venue time using the password: BUBBLES. VIP packages for the Bubble Tour will be available, offering early entry, exclusive soundchecks, and a group photo with the band, among other perks.
