Fans of the Gorillaz have been patiently waiting for the follow-up to 2010’s The Fall, something that has been discussed by core members Jamie Hewlett and Damon Albarn for years. The two even shared footage from the studio earlier this year, furthering the hope of a 2016 Gorillaz comeback. While a new release is still on the horizon, that disc won’t be available until 2017 according to a new update from Hewlett.
