Cory HenryEric Krasno (Soulive), and Robert “Sput” Searight (Ghost-Note) will bring their new supergroup organ trio project, The Heavyweights, to Chicago and New York this winter.

After making their live debut in July with a sold-out show at L.A. hotspot The Mint and then reconvening in September for a doubleheader at The Sun Rose in West Hollywood, the all-star outfit has announced four new shows over three nights in early 2026. First the band will head to the Windy City for two nights at Garcia’s Chicago on February 13th and 14th, coinciding with Valentine’s Day weekend (and Friday the 13th). The trio will play one show on Friday and then two separately ticketed shows on Saturday. Then, a few weeks later, they’ll resurface at Brooklyn Bowl for a one-off performance on March 6th.

Tickets for all four shows will go on sale this Friday, October 10th at 10 a.m. local venue time. Click here for tickets to the Chicago shows and here for Brooklyn Bowl tickets.

Additionally, The Heavyweights’ live debut is set for release as a limited-edition 3LP vinyl via Relix. Captured at The Mint on July 29th and mixed and mastered by Jesse Lauter, the live album includes a mix of classic psychedelic rock, soul, jazz, funk, and R&B.
