The Nth Power will return to the road for the first time since the pandemic began with the Fall Back In Love Tour. The 20-date tour is set to kick off on August 27th at Utah Arts Festival in Salt Lake City.
The trio—comprised of drummer Nikki Glaspie, guitarist and vocalist Nick Cassarino, and bassist Nate Edgar—will travel to festivals and venues in 11 states across the country from August through October. Alongside iconic rooms like Nublu in New York, NY; The 8×10 in Baltimore, MD; The Mint in Los Angeles, CA; and more, The Nth Power will also grace familiar festivals like Hangtown in Placerville, CA (10/22–23) and a tour-closing slot at Suwannee Hulaween in Live Oak, FL (10/30) featuring original Nth Power members Nigel Hall and Weedie Braimah.
Along with the tour announcement The Nth Power issued a plea to fans everywhere to do their part to keep concerts going and to check with local venues regarding COVID safety protocols
“Our fans are like family — everyone’s health, safety and happiness is our highest priority. Please wear a mask at our shows or, even better, get tested before you walk in the door,” the band said in a statement. “Regardless of how you choose to stay safe, remember that we’re all in this together — and that The Nth Power loves you.”
The Nth Power recently reunited for the first time in more than a year for a performance at the 2021 edition of The Peach Music Festival in July. Now, the band is eager to reconnect with fans as they prepare for a new studio album in the near future. “Something very special happens when the three of us get together, and we can’t wait to show everyone what’s next,” said Glaspie in a press release. The group hasn’t issued an original studio LP since 2015’s Abundance.
