Thievery Corporation Announces New Album, Shares New Single “Letter To The Editor”

Beloved group Thievery Corporation has a sound that is totally their own, fusing electronic elements with live instrumentation and a team of powerful vocalists. Led by Rob Garza and Eric Hilton, Thievery has just announced plans to release a new album, The Temple of I & I, on February 10th, 2017. You can find the pre-order here.

To get fans excited about the new release, Thievery has revealed a brand new single from the album. Titled “Letter To The Editor,” the track is a downtempo display of Thievery’s prowess that we’ve all come to know and love. According to KCRW, who are hosting the premiere, the new album was recorded entirely in Port Antonio in Jamaica. There, the band tracked up to 12 hours per day, drawing from local influences to accentuate their Latin sound.
