Today, Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke has confirmed a run of North American live electronic tour dates. For the 19-show swing, Yorke will once again create an audiovisual spectacle with help from Radiohead producer and Atoms For Peace bandmate Nigel Godrich and visual artist Tarik Berry. The announcement comes on the heels of Radiohead’s successful U.S. arena tour earlier this summer.
Thom Yorke’s Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes will begin on November 23rd at Philadelphia’s Electric Factory and wind its way throughout the Northeast and Midwest before heading west to Colorado, Utah, California, and Nevada.
The trio has toured together on various occasions, including in 2014-2015 following the release of Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes (2014) and in 2017 in support of a December reissue of Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes on XL Recordings. According to the tour announcement press release, the shows will see Yorke perform songs from across his solo catalog, including The Eraser (2006), Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes (2014), as well as Atoms For Peace’s Amok (2013).
Tickets will go on general sale from Friday 17th August at 10 a.m. EST/7 a.m. PCT/3 p.m. U.K. time onwards. Check the schedule page for each venue’s details. For more information about Tom Yorke’s upcoming run of U.S. tour dates, head to his website.
