TOOL debuted “7empest”, from the band’s 2019 comeback album Fear Inoculum, Tuesday night during a performance in Sydney, Australia. After Tuesday night’s performance of “7empest”, “Culling Voices” remains the only song from Fear Inoculum that TOOL has not yet played live.

The Grammy-winning track came as the second-to-last song of the band’s single-set performance at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. “7empest” joined four other songs from TOOL’s 2019 album that the band played on Tuesday night, including “Fear Inoculum”, “Pnuma”, “Chocolate Chip Trip”, and “Invincible”, the latter two of which comprised the first half of the encore. The rest of the 16-song performance included older fan favorites including “Schism”, “Forty Six & 2”, “Vicarious”, and many more.
