TOOL will continue to promote the new music from 2019’s Fear Inoculum well into the coming year, the hard rock outfit announced on Monday.
While TOOL is currently on tour in North America throughout the fall months, the band will return to the road to begin its 2020 concert campaign shortly after the start of the new year with a pair of shows at San Diego, CA’s Viejas Arena on January 10th & 12th. The 2020 winter tour will continue across the western and central U.S. with performances scheduled at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, CA (1/15); T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV (1/17); Gila River Arena in Glendale, AZ (1/18); the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, TX (1/21); and American Airlines Arena in Dallas, TX (1/22).
From there, the winter run will head east with additional performances at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA (1/28); Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN (1/29); FedEx Forum in Memphis, TN (1/31); and finally wrapping with a show at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, LA (2/1).
Tickets for TOOL’s new 2020 dates go on sale this Friday, November 15th, at 10 a.m. local time, with a limited number of VIP packages available exclusively to Tool Army members via Toolband.com starting this Wednesday, November 13th, at 10 a.m. Local.
Upon its release back on August 30th, Fear Inoculum‘s first-week sales and equivalent album unit numbers marked the biggest week for any rock album since Dave Matthews Band‘s Come Tomorrow debuted at #1 in June 2018. Similar to the rest of their studio catalog, the band’s new album is now available for listening on all major streaming platforms.
