Duluth, Minnesota’s finest, Trampled By Turtles, rolled through Boston, MA on Thursday night for a performance at House of Blues.

The popular bluegrass-influenced folk outfit—comprised of Dave Simonett (guitar, lead vocals, harmonica), Tim Saxhaug (bass, backing vocals), Dave Carroll (banjo, backing vocals), Erik Berry (mandolin, backing vocals), Ryan Young (fiddle, backing vocals), and Eamonn McLain (cello, backing vocals)—delighted the gathered Beantown fans with a lengthy set of tunes from throughout the band’s songbook alongside well-placed selections by Wilco (“A Lifetime to Find”) and Warren Zevon (Keep Me In Your Heart). Trampled By Turtles will wrap up 2022 on Friday night, December 30th with a performance at the State Theatre in Portland, ME featuring Langhorne Slim. The band will get right to work on the road in 2023, with additional tour dates scheduled throughout the month of January and beyond.
