Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker was one of the selected musicians who helped reimagine Metallica‘s “Enter Sandman” to promote a new film, Sound of Metal.
The film, which arrived on Amazon Prime Video last month, follows the story of a hard-rock drummer (played by actor/rapper Riz Ahmed) who struggles with the harsh reality of gradually going deaf. The video for the new hard-hitting cover sees Barker joined by Sound of Metal actor Paul Raci who signs the song’s lyrics via American Sign Language, along with artist Elise Trouw, and fellow drummer Carey Watkins, who also handles the singing duties.
