Trey Anastasio Band has announced plans for a fall 2025 headline tour. The 12-date tour marks the first extended run by the eight-piece formation of the Phish guitarist’s solo outfit since the passing of saxophonist James Casey two years ago.

In addition to the previously announced Beacon Jams events at New York’s Beacon Theatre marking five years since Anastasio’s historic pandemic residency, TAB will return to Denver, CO’s Mission Ballroom (11/14, 11/15) and make its debuts at La Vista, NE’s The Astro Theater (11/17), Des Moines, IA’s Val Air Ballroom (11/18), and Akron, OH’s Akron Civic Theatre (11/23). The tour also includes stops at Chesterfield, MO’s The Factory (11/19), Cincinnati, OH’s Andrew J Brady Music Center (11/21), Detroit, MI’s The Fillmore (11/22), and Syracuse, NY’s Landmark Theatre (11/25).

The tour will come to a close with the previously announced 5th anniversary celebration of the Beacon Jams at New York, NY’s Beacon Theatre on November 28th, 29th, and 30th. Much like the pandemic-era Beacon Jams, during which Anastasio performed livestream-only shows to an empty Beacon Theatre over eight weeks, the live Beacon Jams will feature Anastasio in a range of formats each night, including performances with the Trey Anastasio Band and the return of The Rescue Squad Strings. Proceeds from the shows will benefit the Divided Sky Foundation, the nonprofit co-founded by Anastasio using funds donated by fans during the original Beacon Jams livestream residency in 2020. In addition to Trey Anastasio (guitar, vocals), whose last tour was a solo acoustic trek earlier this year, and Russ Lawton (drums), Dezron Douglas (bass), and Ray Paczkowski (keys), who in 2024 toured with Trey as Classic TAB, the full Trey Anastasio Band lineup features Cyro Baptista (percussion), Natalie Cressman (trombone, vocals), and Jennifer Hartswick (trumpet, vocals) in addition to new tenor saxophonist/vocalist Kenneth Whalum, who has played with the band during its last three appearances dating back to last summer at Asbury Park, NJ’s Sea.Hear.Now. Earlier this month, the band resumed operations for a one-off gig in Los Angeles and an opening slot at Dead & Company‘s celebration of 60 years of the Grateful Dead‘s music in San Francisco.
