In anticipation of the band’s joint tour with Goose, Trey Anastasio Band has shared new pro-shot footage from the group’s recent show at Chicago Theatre on October 29th.
On Tuesday, the Phish guitarist published two videos from the Chicago Theatre show to his official YouTube channel: “A Life Beyond The Dream” and “Rise/Come Together”. Tonight, November 9th, Trey Anastasio Band will kick off a joint tour with Goose at Portland, ME’s Cross Insurance Arena.
The two bands will hit a mix of mid-size arenas in small markets similar to Phish’s fall tours in the 1990s when the iconic jam band was still on the rise. The tour announcement promised “a full set from each band along with unique collaborations” at each stop, and according to a November 7th post from Goose, “As of now, the plan is for both bands to each play 90+ minute sets with some collabs sprinkled in. We will be playing first every night.”
