Tulane University with host their Tipping Point celebration at The Fillmore New Orleans on Friday, November 1st as part of the school’s 2019 homecoming weekend events.
Recently, Tipping Point revealed their heavy-hitter lineup of performers, which includes Mavis Staples, Chris Robinson, Anders Osborne, George Porter Jr., Ivan Neville, Cyril Neville, Larkin Poe, Jimmy Vivino, Amy Helm, Tash Neal, Mark Mullins, and the Levee Horns. For the third year, Eric Krasno will serve as Tipping Point’s musical director.

Previously held at Tipitina’s, Tipping Point’s new location at The Fillmore will offer more space to accommodate such high demand following two years of sold-out shows.
Organizers note that “proceeds from the event will benefit Tulane’s mission to provide scholarships that attract and support the next generation of promising young leaders.”
