Twiddle spent the first part of February exploring the midwest, hitting Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Kentucky within an eleven day period. Before they head back out in March, the Vermont-based jammers have shared an especially electric recording from their St. Louis show.
Twiddle stopped by Delmar Hall in St. Louis, MO on February 9th with only one show left on the tour. The quartet performed like a well-oiled machine on that Saturday night, delivering one of the first big jams of the year in the form of “Frankenfoote > Jamflowman”.

In a recent interview with frontman Mihali Savoulidis and Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig on his Time Crisis radio show, the two discuss the characters of “Frankenfoote” and “Jamflowman” among the Twiddle song universe, and how the latter was written by Mihali when he was 15 years old and only introduced it to the Twiddle repertoire as a way to fill a setlist for their first live shows. Now, it remains one of the band’s biggest jam vehicles and is especially satisfying fo fans when paired with other character storylines, such as “Frankenfoote”.
