Good news for those who want to experience U2 at The Sphere without spending an arm and a leg on a trip to Las Vegas: The band has announced the first-ever live broadcast performance from the new groundbreaking venue.

Music fans around the world will get just a taste of the acclaimed U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere during the 66th Grammy Awards, which are set to air on February 4th. U2 launched the historic residency in September, marking the first live music concerts at The Sphere, and quickly extended the run from nine shows to 40 due to overwhelming demand.

Among the other artists performing at the ceremony are Burna Boy, Luke Combs, Olivia Rodrigo, Dua Lipa, Travis Scott, Billie Eilish, and Billy Joel. The nominees include a female dominated Album of the Year category made up of Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, SZA, Lana Del Rey, Janelle Monáe, Miley Cyrus, boygenius, and the lone male presence, Jon Batiste, as well as a stacked Best Bluegrass Album category including Billy Strings, Molly Tuttle and Golden Highway, Willie Nelson, Mighty Poplar, Michael Cleveland, and Sam Bush, plus a whole lot more.

The Recording Academy also added three new categories, namely, Best African Music Performance, Best Alternative Jazz Album, and Best Pop Dance Recording.

Tune in to the Grammys on Sunday, February 4th at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBS and on demand on Paramount+ to watch U2 deliver the first live broadcast from The Sphere.
