Umphrey’s McGee have announced some more details for their second annual “Chucktown Ball” event, which will take place at Riverfront Park in Charleston, South Carolina on September 22nd and 23rd. The event will feature two days of Umphrey’s, with Moon Taxi and Dead 27s joining the fun on friday night, and The Floozies, Dangermuffin, and The Hip Abduction supporting the band on Saturday night.
Now, the band has announced “The Chucktown Ball Charity Golf Tournament”, to be played at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course in Charleston. On Sunday, September 25th, Members of Umphrey’s and their management will join fans for an afternoon of fun on the golf course. Fans will be able to participate in a four-person team golf tournament, as well as contests like “longest drive”, “closest to the pin”, and “longest putt”. There will also be a cocktail party to cap things off at the end of the day.
