On April 29th at New Orleans “Oak Street Block Party” a group of friends gathered together to raise money for the Oak St. Community Foundation.  Their method of choice was a fun one, a “Dunk Tank” involving musicians, promoters, noted socialites and other music industry figures.

Among the participants were Dumpstaphunk’s Ian Neville, Cirque D’Licious founder Gingerlicious, Guy Incognito, Hulaween promoter Paul Levine, music promoter Lyle Williams, guitarist Andrew Block, Vince Herman, Johnny Ray (also with WWOZ), Ryan Shapiro, Aarianna Morada, music photographer Jeffrey Dupuis, pedal steel legend Roosevelt Collier, WWOZ DJ Johnny Woodstock, Jam Cruise’s Annabel Stelling, vocalist Nigel Hall, Erik Vogel, Krys Funkenjäm, artist Katie Garrett, Lettuce and Shady Horns trumpeter Eric “Benny” Bloom, Derrick Freeman, Big E the Sexual Manatee, and Live For Live Music’s own Kunj Shah and Sara Furer!

Our very own Rex Thomson was on hand and captured the events in a way only he could. Live For Live Music is pleased to present “Dunk Me Silly: A Horror Story!” presented in Rex-A-Vision.
