Watch The Foo Fighters And Zac Brown Tackle Sabbath’s ‘War Pigs’ On Letterman

Foo Fighters week on Late Show With David Letterman began yesterday, when the band was joined by country rock guitarist Zac Brown for a live rendition of the Black Sabbath song, “War Pigs.” The Foo Fighters are playing on Letterman in promotion of their upcoming HBO special, Sonic Highways, which begins airing this Friday, October 17th. The album of the same title will be released in November.

The Sonic Highways special focuses on Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters, as they travel from city to city and record a new album’s worth of music, incorporating different musical influences from each major city. One of the stops along the Foo Fighters’ travels was to Zac Brown Band’s Southern Ground Studios in Nashville.
