Back in December of 2016, Yonder Mountain String Band played an epic performance in Puerto Morelos, Mexico to help close out the final day of destination festival Strings & Sol. For their encore on December 13th, Yonder busted out a cover of Lou Reed’s iconic song, “Walk on the Wild Side.” For their encore, the band invited a bunch of friends to join them for the number. Anders Beck, Mike Devol, and Dave Bruzza of Greensky Bluegrass; Vince Herman and Drew Emmitt of Leftover Salmon; and Tim Carbone of Railroad Earth all shared the stage with Yonder for the performance, making it a truly wild performance.
