NEW ROLE: Sales Coordinator at Live For Live Music

Job Overview:

Live For Live Music (L4LM) is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator / Client Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in expanding our marketing client base and driving revenue growth. In addition to actively identifying and bringing in new clients and campaigns that can effectively make use of the company’s promotional services, the new team member will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and other internal groups to optimize overall sales and marketing strategy with the goal of increasing company revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target new shows, festivals, venues, releases, etc., with the goal of pitching and securing compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively research, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of partnering with L4LM to enhance their market presence.
  • Respond to incoming partnership requests, understand client needs, and collaboratively devise marketing campaigns within approved budgets.
  • Generate comprehensive marketing recaps for campaigns, demonstrating tangible metrics such as impressions and clicks to highlight ROI.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with marketing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for increased utilization of company services.
  • Proactively manage confirmed campaigns, overseeing the invoicing process with a focus on timely revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to meticulously update records of paid invoices and diligently follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances.
  • Provide financial insights on revenue trends, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the media or entertainment sector.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking capabilities.
