[UPDATE 1/25/22]: Due to overwhelming demand, the new When We Were Young festival in Las Vegas has added a third day. Now, in addition to the initial date on October 22nd and the previously added second night on October 23rd, the emo/pop-punk festival will return the following weekend for a third event on October 29th.

All three dates of the festival are separately ticketed and will feature the same lineup with the exception of Alex G replacing Wolf Alice and La Dispute not performing on the newly added date.

A ticket pre-sale window for the third day of When We Were Young on October 29th begins on Monday, January 31st at 10:00 a.m. PT for fans who sign up for early access to passes online via the festival website. Following the pre-sale, any remaining tickets still available will go on sale to the general public beginning Monday, January 31st at 2 p.m. PT. It’s worth noting that no tickets for the previous two days made it to the general on-sale.

[1/18/22]: When We Were Young, a new music festival due to take place on October 22nd, 2022 at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds in Las Vegas, NV, is giving Millennials some serious middle school nostalgia with its inaugural lineup.

The Live Nation-produced event will be headlined by My Chemical Romance and Paramore (in its first live show since 2018). The one-day event will also feature a who’s who of early-2000s emo and alternative staples including My Chemical RomanceParamoreAFIThe UsedBring Me The HorizonAvril LavigneBright EyesJimmy Eat WorldTaking Back SundayDashboard ConfessionalAlkaline TrioManchester OrchestraA Day To Remember, The All American RejectsCar Seat Headrest, AtreyuThe Story So FarThe Starting Line, and more.

Oddly enough, the lineup for When We Were Young—an event seemingly named for The Killers‘ “When You Were Young”—does not feature The Killers, the Las Vegas-native, early-2000s post-punk/pop-rock stalwarts who have continued to enjoy mainstream success into the present day.

A pre-sale sign-up window is now open via the When We Were Young festival website. Pre-sale will begin on Friday, January 21st at 10:00 a.m. here.
