According to Entertainment Weekly, Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy will guest star in an upcoming episode of the hilarious sitcom, “Parks and Recreation.” Tweedy has filmed his role in the episode, which includes the tepid reunion of a Pawnee-local band called Land Ho!

Parks executive producer Michael Schur said, “[Tweedy] plays the former lead singer of a band called ‘Land Ho!’ — complete with exclamation point; Tweedy’s pitch — that was very popular in Indiana a while back. Leslie (Amy Poehler) and Andy (Chris Pratt) are trying to convince him to reunite for the big Unity Concert they are organizing to solidify the merger of Pawnee and Eagleton.”

Sounds like classic Leslie-Knope-hijinx, if you ask me. The episode is set to air this spring, as the show’s regular schedule is delayed due to the Sochi Winter Olympics. Looking forward to it!
