Willie Nelson will host an online variety show to help celebrate the 4/20 while raising money for the Last Prisoner Project, a nonprofit coalition of industry leaders, executives, and artists dedicated to bringing restorative justice to the cannabis industry and marijuana offenders.

Entitled, Come and Toke It, the “high holiday” broadcast will take place on Twitch and Facebook on Monday (April 20th) beginning at 4:20 CST, and will run for a very appropriate four hours and twenty minutes in length. The variety show will, of course, feature Nelson, who’s arguably been music’s strongest cannabis advocate over the last 50 years, alongside a cast of music artists, chefs, comedians, and cannabis educators including Kacey Musgraves, Beto O’Rourke, Matthew McConaughey, Jeff Bridges, Kevin Smith, Elle King, Bill Maher, Billy Ray Cyrus, Ziggy Marley, Nathaniel Rateliff, Margo Price, Lukas Nelson, Aaron Lee Tasjan, and more.
The show will also run in partnership with Nelson’s own cannabis brand, Willie’s Reserve, and his annual Austin-based Luck Reunion music event.

Nelson’s 2020 Luck Reunion was one of the first big events to be canceled last month due to the arrival of COVID-19 in North America. Event organizers were still able to pivot and put together an online concert event featuring at-home performances from Lukas and Micah Nelson, Jewel, Nathaniel Rateliff, Paul Cauthen, Margo Price & Jeremy Ivey, and more.
