Willie Nelson will host his annual 4th of July Picnic in Texas this year, where he’ll welcome Bob DylanThe Avett BrothersThe MavericksAsleep At The Wheel, and Tami Neilson over for the festivities. The day-long concert will occur at Austin’s Germania Insurance Amphitheater [get tickets].

“I’m 92 years old and I’ll be there so you have no excuse,” Willie Nelson said of the tradition he started back in 1973. “I look forward to bringing back my annual 4th of July Picnic to the city I love and sharing this special event with all my Austin fans.”

Members of the Willie Nelson Club Luck have access to pre-sale tickets for his 4th of July Picnic beginning today, March 4th at 10 a.m. CT. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 7th at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. In addition to eight hours of music, fans will enjoy local Texas food and drinks plus a dazzling Independence Day fireworks display.

Before (and following) his 4th of July Picnic, Willie Nelson will head out on his Outlaw Music Festival. The tenth-anniversary edition of Shotgun Willie’s traveling music festival will feature a rotating cast of supporting musicians including Bob Dylan, The Avett Brothers, Billy Strings, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Sheryl Crow, Wilco, Turnpike Troubadours, Lake Street Dive, The Red Clay Strays, and many more.
