Phish lead guitarist Trey Anastasio announced today a new solo album, Traveler, to be released on October 16th. The album will feature the previously announced single, ‘Scabbard’, which will be available August 21st.
The album was produced Peter Katis, who has worked previously with The National and Interpol, and was recorded at Katis’ Tarquin Studios in Bridgeport, CT. The album will feature Trey Anastasio Band regulars, as well as appearances from members of The National and Mates Of State.
Presale tickets will be available from August 16th at 10am through Augusts 22nd at 5pm here, and general on sale will begin on August 23rd at 10am. Complete tour dates are below.
