Entire TOOL Discography Now On Streaming Platforms [Listen]

After years of holding out, TOOL has finally confirmed the forthcoming arrival of the rock band’s entire studio discography to streaming platforms as they continue to build up to the August arrival of their first studio album since 2006.

The band has now shared all four of their full-length studio albums along with their 1992 Opiate EP on major streaming platforms. It’s worth noting that the band’s 72826 demo and their Salival compilation album are not included in the streaming release. You can stream TOOL (!!) below:

TOOL’s highly-anticipated forthcoming album, Fear Inoculum, acts as their first studio effort since 2006’s 10,000 Days, and is scheduled to arrive on August 30th via the band’s own label and Volcano Entertainment. The band debuted some of the new tunes to be featured on the album throughout their recent spring tour, and fans should expect more tour dates to be announced in the weeks leading up to or after the arrival of Fear Inoculum.

Frontman Maynard James Keenan made an appearance on Joe Rogan‘s popular video-based podcast on Friday, where he touched on the topic of the band’s music finally arriving onto streaming platforms later this week.

“We’re a very difficult band. We’re very stubborn and kind of ignorant to what goes on in the rest of the world,” Keenan said during the nearly two-hour interview. “The whole Betamax thing didn’t work for us, and neither did LaserDisc, so we have this new thing called digital media and streaming. We’re gonna try it out.”

As of Tuesday, the band’s only scheduled performance in 2019 is their upcoming appearance at Aftershock in Sacramento, CA on October 11th.
