Pigeons Playing Ping Pong have announced new spring dates as part of their Presto Tour in support of their forthcoming album by the same name, which arrives on January 24th. Indie-groovers Goose along with Magic Beans will provide support throughout the 2020 spring run.
Following a quick four-day break of the winter leg of their Presto tour, Pigeons will head to the Agora Theatre in Cleveland, OH for a show on March 5th. Goose will open for this show–and the next seven–as Pigeons move across the midwest and southeast. After Cleveland, the tour heads to The Intersection in Grand Rapids, MI (3/6); Riviera Theatre in Chicago, IL (3/7); Delmar Hall in St Louis, MO (3/8); Madison Theater in Covington, KY (3/11); The Mill & Mine in Knoxville, TN (3/12); Marathon Music Works in Nashville, TN (3/13); and Tabernacle in Atlanta, GA (3/14) before the Magic Beans join a few weeks later at The National in Richmond, VA (4/17).
As part of those few weeks off, members of Pigeons and Goose will link up for a special collaboration set dubbed, “Birds of a Feather” at Brooklyn Comes Alive in Brooklyn, NY on March 21st.
Goose will rejoin Pigeons following the tour break for night two at The National on April 18th before they return to The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY for a two-night run on April 24th-25th to wrap the spring run.
