Amid a flurry of industry-wide New Year’s Eve show cancellations, Billy & The Kids has announced that FANS will stream the group’s July 12th and July 13th performances at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO.

In a video posted to the band’s Instagram page, the group explained, “New Year’s Eve will not be canceled but if you can’t safely come to us, we’ll safely come to you!” The post continued, “Spend 12/30 and 12/31 shaking your bones from the safety of your own home, as we revisit the hottest two shows of 2021.”

Initially scheduled as a one-off show, “Dead On The Rocks” eventually ballooned into a two-show affair featuring a smattering of all-star musical talent. Headed by Bill Kreutzmann, Tom HamiltonReed Mathis, and Aron Magner, the four-piece outfit welcomed several special guests throughout the weekday performances. Billy StringsJames Casey (Trey Anastasio Band), Jeff Franca (Thievery Corporation), Jason Hann (The String Cheese Incident), and Paul Hoffman (Greensky Bluegrass) all appeared throughout the run of sold-out shows.
