Aspen, Colorado is recognized around the world as being a mecca for skiers, snowboarders, and all types of outdoor enthusiasts. However, after the opening of the town’s 450-person venue Belly Up Aspen, the 7,000 person ski town also started to forge an identity as one of the most lauded tour destinations for some of the biggest musical acts globally. Since 2005, the Belly Up Aspen has become a must-play venue for both national and international acts across the musical spectrum, with both fans and artists alike giving serious love to the tiny performance space tucked right at the base of Aspen Mountain.

For fans, Belly Up Aspen offers the unique opportunity to witness arena-selling acts in the most intimate of settings, while artists revel in the opportunity to give back to their most dedicated fans while also enjoying the best of what Aspen has to offer. While plenty of major headliners play the venue, the Belly Up is widely known for simply bringing in the best of the best—from international headliners and up-and-coming acts in genres ranging across electronic, jam, rock ‘n’ roll, blues, hip-hop, and beyond. Over the years, the 450-room has seen rare, informal performances from the likes of huge heavy hitters such as Widespread Panic, The Killers, The String Cheese Incident, and more Tiesto, plus comedians such as Dave Chappelle and Adam Sandler, rounding up an enviable list of the biggest and brightest talent out there today.
