Elise Testone is quickly becoming one of the most powerful voices in the scene. From being a finalist on American Idol, when Testone shows up on stage, you know you’re in for some magic. That’s why we’re particularly excited to present Thankful For Amy: An All-Star Tribute To Amy Winehouse, led by Testone herself.

Testone has played a number of Winehouse tribute shows in recent months, growing in aptitude each time. When she brings the tribute down to New Orleans, LA, for a Jazz Fest “Days Between” late night party on April 26th, she’ll be joined by a powerhouse lineup of incredible musicians. Jennifer Hartswick (TAB), Chris Bullock (Snarky Puppy), Cris Jacobs (The Bridge), Raymond Weber, Chris Severin (Allen Toussaint), Natalie Cressman (TAB), and Nicole Zuraitas will all be performing, coming together for this celebration of all things Amy. Considering Amy won the Oscar for best documentary last weekend, there’s plenty of inspiration from which to draw.

After Thankful For Amy, the packed tribute night will continue with funk army Turkuaz performing a tribute to The Band. Finally, Jazz Is Phish will come in and close things out with a jazz-influenced tribute to the music of Phish featuring members of the Giant Country Horns, Snarky Puppy, Victor Wooten Band, Yo Mama’s Big Fat Booty Band and Strange Design.

It all goes down at The Howlin’ Wolf in New Orleans, LA on April 26th, 2016, so don’t miss out! Tickets can be found here.
