Earlier today, the Grammy Awards announced the nominees for the 60th annual show coming up in January. While most of the buzz centered around the “big four” categories—Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist—a hilarious gem slipped through the cracks. Though people frequently don’t realize, the Grammys aren’t completely music-centric; rather, the awards serve as a broader award ceremony for all audio media, with categories for best comedy albums, album packaging, and album notes.

For the frequently passed-over category for “Best Spoken Word Album”, a beyond-silly field of competitors has sprung up. The category looks broadly at all audio, frequently tapping winners for their work with poetry, audiobooks, and storytelling. Thus, this year’s nominees for Best Spoken Word Album include Bernie Sanders, the late Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher, renowned scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson, and, oddly enough, Bruce Springsteen.

Bernie Sanders and Mark Ruffalo got the nod for the audiobook for Our Revolution: A Future To Believe In, while Carrie Fisher got the nod for audiobook of The Princess Diarist. Repping all the astrophysicists out there, deGrasse Tyson received the nomination for the audiobook of his recent release Astrophysics for People in a Hurry. In addition to songwriter Shelly Peiken, rounding out the list is Bruce Springsteen’s autobiography Born To Run. You can check out the full list of nominees below:
