Bob Weir and Wolf Bros have added a new trio of California shows to their fall 2019 performance schedule.
The trio comprised of Grateful Dead guitarist/vocalist Bob Weir, bassist Don Was, and drummer Jay Lane will take the stage at San Diego, CA’s Humphrey’s on September 18th, Ventura, CA’s Majestic Ventura Theater on September 20th, and Napa, CA’s Oxbow Commons on September 21st.
The newly added shows come in addition to previously announced upcoming Bob Weir and Wolf Bros performances at Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, CA (8/1, 8/2, 8/3), Arrington, VA’s LOCKN’ Festival (8/25), and Felton, CA’s Santa Cruz Mountain Sol Festival (9/22).
The new announcement also comes after Weir recently completed a nationwide summer tour with Dead & Company. As Weir says of performing with Wolf Bros in a statement accompanying the announcement, “This is more fun than a frog in a glass of milk. Don is all over his upright, and Jay needs to somehow be kept in line at times, but it’s all falling together nicely.”
CID Entertainment has partnered with the band once again to offer Enhanced Fan Experiences on tour. Enhanced Fan Experiences guarantee a premium concert ticket and grant access to soundcheck, plus all guests will take home an exclusive VIP poster, premium merchandise, and a commemorative show ticket.
