Chris and Rich Robinson were the featured interview subjects on CBS This Morning on Saturday, where the two brothers and former Black Crowes bandmates discussed the current state of their relationship to promote their upcoming run of nationwide tour dates–assuming the shut-down concert industry is back on its feet by the summer.

The five-minute news segment opened with footage from the brothers’ recent performance at the Love Rocks NYC benefit event at the Beacon Theatre on Thursday. The sibling rivalry between the two, equal to that of the rediculous Gallagher brothers of Oasis, is talked about throughout the interview. Chris even admitted neither of them initially called one another to discuss getting back together, but rather it was a chance meeting between the two at a New York City hotel which spurred the opportunity to perform on stage again as brothers and bandmates.

“Rich and I fought at the gigs, we fought on the bus, we fought in the van, we fought backstage,” Chris mentioned during the sit-down interview. “But we never fought while we were writing the songs.”

The to kicked off their Brother of a Feather acoustic tour in London last month. The brief run of acoustic performances wrapped earlier this month following a gig in San Francisco on March 6th. Prior to that, the two were backed by a full band for their first performance together in over five years at New York City’s Bowery Ballroom on November 11th. Their summer tour is scheduled to pick up on June 17th in Austin, TX.
