Circles Around The Sun has revealed a new batch of 2020 tour dates featuring Scott Metzger (Joe Russo’s Almost Dead) on guitar.
The newly added Circles Around The Sun tour stops with Scott Metzger include Baltimore, MD’s 8×10 (2/27); two nights at Brooklyn, NY’s Brooklyn Bowl (2/28, 2/29); Burlington, VT’s Higher Ground (3/1); Boston, MA’s The Sinclair (3/2); Lancaster, PA’s Zoetropolis (3/4); Washington, D.C.’s Union Stage (3/5); Ardmore, PA’s Ardmore Music Hall (3/6).
The band also added performances at San Rafael, CA’s Terrapin Crossroads (4/10) and San Francisco, CA’s The Independent. The guitarist for those two shows as well as their recently announced slot at the 2020 edition of LOCKN’ has yet to be announced.
The new tour date reveal follows the band’s December announcement of their forthcoming third full-length studio album, Circles Around The Sun. The self-titled LP features the final recordings by late founding member and guitarist, Neal Casal, who died last summer.
