PHOTOS: Dance Party Time Machine Delivers A Blast From The Past At Cervantes

Dance Party Time Machine made its return to Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom in Denver, CO on Friday night. The annual era-driven superjam hosted an all-star lineup of musicians from across the live music spectrum.

This year’s roster included DPTM captains Marc Brownstein, Aaron Magner, and Allen Aucoin of The Disco Biscuits, as well as Mike Greenfield of Lotus. The concert also featured Dance Party Time Machine veterans Jeff Franca from Thievery Corporation and musical directors Eric Low and Jonah Wisneski. This incarnation brought in some new blood, including pedal steel master Robert Randolph and Trey Anastasio Band’s Jennifer Hartswick (trumpet) and Natalie Cressman (trombone). DPTM also pulled from an array of Colorado favorites including The Magic Beans, Analog Son, YAMN, Rapidgrass, Tiger Party, Such, Other Worlds, Fox Street, Coal Town Reunion, Rally ‘Round The Family and more
