Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country made its national TV debut yesterday on CBS Saturday Morning.
After sitting with Widespread Panic for the second time alongside George Porter Jr. down in Mexico during Panic en la Playa Doce earlier in the week, Donato brought his posse to CBS to play three songs as part of the show’s Saturday Sessions live performance series. Among the tunes the cosmic guitarist selected were “Weathervane”, “Lose Your Mind”, and “Rose In A Garden”. All three songs appear on the band’s most recent album, Reflector, which dropped in November.

After making their TV debut, Donato and company hosted a night of community, music, and high frequency celebration at their special Camp Cosmic 420 event at The Caverns in Pelham, TN.
