Daniel Donato's Cosmic Country Welcomes Scott Metzger For Willie Nelson Cover, More At Brooklyn Bowl [Photos/Videos]

Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country brought their fall tour to New York’s Brooklyn Bowl on Saturday for a sold-out night of picking and grinning featuring a special guest appearance by Joe Russo’s Almost Dead guitarist Scott Metzger.

Metzger joined the band for a couple of tunes at the end of the first set, adding solos to “Half Moon Night” and a cover of “Devil in a Sleeping Bag” by Willie Nelson.

Donato took to social media after the show to give thanks for a special evening shared with friends:

We sold out the Brooklyn Bowl Last night’s experience won’t ever die. Love and truth inform and create these fleeting shadow realities of space and time, and through the cycles and states of these domains, we celebrate, dance, and rejoice in all the Moment has for us. My heart is full for eons. Thank you for celebrating with us!
