Deadmau5 Previews Fiancee Kat Von D’s New Single ‘Satellite’

There are those musicians who write about their loved ones with serene lyrics and such, but Deadmau5 went to the next level, previewing one of his fiancee’s, Kat Von D, new songs on his Twitter, then his SoundCloud.

Deadmau5 added a sneak peek on his SoundCloud after tweeting about his fiancee’s new album saying that the song, ‘Satellite’, was “his fave,” and teasing his followers with a teaser, “in a bit.”

Hours later, he posted a demo version of the song, saying that it had a lot of work to be done. Other than this preview, there has been little information about Kat Von D’s music career past her stating she will be recording in late 2011.  However, there was a taste of what she could do with her remix of Deadmau5’s “Ghosts N’ Stuff” called, “LUVnStuff” where she teamed up with guitarist Danny Lohner and made this as a Valentine’s gift to the Canadian producer.
