Dopapod is the latest in the ever-expanding list of acts forced to cancel or postpone events due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and state mandates banning attempting to control the outbreak.

On Thursday, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine put a temporary ban on all gatherings over 100 people, essentially nixing most concerts throughout the state for the foreseeable future. This included Dopapod’s scheduled appearance at the annual St. Fatty’s Daze celebration at Woodlands Tavern in Columbus, OH alongside Consider the Source and many locally prominent acts.

Dopapod, however, is dedicated to giving fans a show and has instead announced a free live stream of an in-studio concert occurring at Weird Music Studios in Columbus, OH tonight, Friday, March 13th. The concert will be broadcast live on the band’s Facebook page from 8 p.m.–10 p.m. ET.

Stay tuned to the band’s social media and website for any future official announcements regarding this or any other show updates.
