Insomniac always seems to be expanding its Electric Daisy Carnival festival to new cities leading up to their massive, flagship Las Vegas festival. Last year saw EDC’s pop up in New York, Puerto Rico, and Orlando. This year, EDC Chicago joins the party, as it has been confirmed that EDC will debut at the Chicagoland Speedway between May 24-26.
Tickets go on sale January 23rd at 12pm CT. Three day GA tickets will start at $175 while VIP tickets will start at $299. This will be the first EDC that will allow on-site camping, albeit for an additional fee.
The timing of this festival may be a little awkward – the Spring Awakening festival, thrown by React Presents, takes place just three weeks later – between June 14-16, at Soldier Field. Early bird tickets for that have already sold out.
