Each year, the news of the 2021–2022 Phish New Year’s Eve run in New York brings with it a wave of late-night shows around the city. Connecticut jam quartet Eggy is among the first to strike with the announcement of a an afterparty at Mercury Lounge on Thursday, December 30th.

Eggy will be keeping plenty busy in the lead-up to New Year’s. The quartet—comprised of Jake Brownstein (guitar/vocals), Dani Battat (keys/vocals), Mike Goodman (bass/vocals), and Alex Bailey (drums/vocals)—is preparing to head out on a five-week run of national tour dates supporting Spafford. Then, on November 27th, Eggy will make its debut at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY as part of Twiddle‘s annual Frendsgiving celebration. For a full list of upcoming Eggy tour dates, head here.
